The sheriff says an initial response comes within three business days. That is a response deadline, not a promise that every record will be produced by then. If more time is needed, the response should explain the delay. Applicable charges are due before dissemination, and released copies may have personal identifiers redacted. The portal does not promise a field literally called “Projected Release Date.” Missouri uses several distinct dates, including parole eligibility, minimum release, conditional release, maximum release, actual release, and final discharge.
